Can anyone tell me if the built in Windows Disk Defrag utility has a file
size limitation with it. Meaning if the file size is x MB or GB in size will
the defrag utillity not be able to move the file as needed?

wherever i am---email, im, web sites----the cursor "unclicks" within seconds,

program acts as if i clicked the cursor onto another page.  got a new mouse
