There is no System Restore function (after a virus recovery) on my
computer. I had disabled it in the normal way (check/uncheck option on
the System Restore tab of My Computer Properties) B4 beginning virus
recovery procedure. After virus recovery it is not found via the

For the last couple of weeks my mouse has gone crazy.  It randomly moves
across the screen, right clicks, left clicks, locks up and even makes erratic
jumps across the screen.  Sometimes it even activates the context sensitve
menus or scrolls the screen all by itself.

I have WinXP Pro and just installed the most recent updates.  Ever since
then, every time my PC boots to the desktop, a pop-up error window with the

Can anyone provide some perspective on why suddenly a user account for
ASP.NET Machine A. . . appeared on my home computer?  I have no idea what

Hi, I have tried to perform a repair installation from my cd.  Everything is
fine until I get to the licensing agreement.  F8 just won't work so I can't
continue.  Any thoughts?

I had a HD fail and had to reinstall WinXP Pro. Had BU for everything so did
not lose anything.
After installing all hardware and MB drivers, Video drivers, etc. I still
have an ! in the device manager.
