last week i live chatted free to a norton technician regarding
liveupdate not performing correctly, he advised me to download the

I'm trying to access my C:/ drive in recovery console and have typed my
administrator password in, yet I get the message, "Password Invalid" I have

option to back up all the MY DOcuments Folder in a file called C:\My
backup. Instead of being allowed to access these files, I was denied

For whatever reason, this morning my computer would not boot into
Windows (XP Pro SP2). I couldn't even get it to boot into SAFE mode.
It would just hang. In desparation, I reloaded Windows XP from the
setup disc and instructed it to overwrite the C:\Windows folder.

I do not know what is wrong.  My computer (which has been running Win
XP SP2 fine for ~3 months) is suddenly having problems.  I am NOT new
to windows, or computers, and realize there is something wrong with
