I use windows XP to login to my work computer from home, using my company's laptop. The process of scrolling is extremely slow. If I press an arrow to go downwards, I see a response about 7 seconds later or so.

I have a fully updated XP Pro SP2 system that acts strangely when going into standby & hibernate. I can successfully put the system into either standby or hibernate with Start, Turn off the Computer, Standby (or Shift for Hibernate).
