Reposting here after 3 days. This is a desktop computer running xp pro. I have power options set to shut down drives and monitor after a set period and this works fine. However if I go to start/turn off computer/standby it leaves me a desktop background

On a brandnew computer I have (by a mistake) disabled the only user. Now I can't start up, because af this disabling. How do I solve this problem?? Thanks a lot for help.
