Ever since SP2 was released I have tried downloading it but each time I do
when my computer restarts is always starts in safe mode and the only way I
can get out of safe mode is to delete the SP2 from Add/Remove programs.
Now the latest Service pack is out ( 3 ) with the windows ...

I am using Windows XP Home Edition. When I login with an account with
administrator permissions, the security tab does not appear on the file
Properties dialog. Do you know why this is? How can I get security tab to
show when looking at file properties?

I am wondering how to repartition my hdd to add a third partition.Can XP be
