I am trying to use the remote desktop fuction, I tried to add all of the
windows componets "add/remove windows Componets" but when I insert my Windows
XP Pro disk it says " insert Windows XP Pro Service pack 2" I have Windows
XP Pro service pack 1, How do I solve this problem?

OK, this just happened suddenly.  I can't access the taskbar.  I get a
"klunk" sound whenever I try to click on anything.  Start button
doesn't work, nothing.  I can use the shortcut key and get to
everything, but what would make the taskbar suddenly unaccessable?????

I use a computer at work. For some reason my taskbar decided to
automatically hide yesterday. I want to Unhide it, but whenever I
right click the taskbar, and select properties I get the message

After repairing a windows xp home oem installation (due to a bsod error) it
expectedly asks me to activate on my first reboot, however when i press yes
to reactivate it I get logged out (just as if i have pressed no).
I think the oobe timer needs to be deleted but i am not sure ...
