I am having two serious problems at startup. First, Windows Explorer crashes, and continues to crash when it is automatically restarted. No faulting module is given. This problem continues when I do a Diagnostic Startup, and I'm very worried.

In a nutshell: I found a posted solution to my problem that the "Found New Hardware Wizard" pops up every time the PC boots up. According to the fix, I should delete an H_KEY in the registry using regedit.exe. However, I can't delete the H_KEY.
