One of norton's files got corrupted on my computer and I used the

I am having two serious problems at startup.  First, Windows Explorer
crashes, and continues to crash when it is automatically restarted.  No

In a nutshell: I found a posted solution to my problem that the "Found New
Hardware Wizard" pops up every time the PC boots up.  According to the fix, I
should delete an H_KEY in the registry using regedit.exe.  However, I can't
delete the H_KEY.

and monitor to shut down after 5 min and the system go into Standby

device manager under disk drives and it also shows up in device manager under
the ide atapi controllers/ primary ide channel but is not listed with my
other two drives in "My Computer" nor does the disk ...
