I have XP home installed but when I start the computer it asks me if I want
to install XP home again.

i've got was : outlook express cannot be started because MSOE.DLL could not

when our laptop is turned on, only the welcome screen displays.  A few
seconds later, the wallpaper apprears.  Nothing else. No icons..nothing. Cant
right click anything. If I use alt_cntl del to get Task Manager only the

Have run chkdsk with all various options many times now.
Many 'orphan files' it tries to restore...but gives 'not enough disk space'
eventually for each.
Also, implies problems with 'indexing'?
