I have 3 hard drives. There are recycle bins on each drive. Are these bins exclusive? That is, are files deleted on one drive put in the recycle bin on another drive or, are deleted files kept exclusively on the drive the file was on?

Want to say hello to everybody first, new to this group. I need a "that'll work" from some tech. 1st HDD "C" had WIN98se removed 98 but for files for boot. 2nd HDD "D" has WINXP Home. I installed XP to "D" for dual boot.

My Screen just started displaying vertical and moving green & colored lines. They're spaced a couple inches apart. It does not seem to be the monitor because it's worked fine and is brand new. You can get the lines to disappear momentarily when you close and refresh
