Hi, I have been trying to reinstall winxp but I cannot get it to able to
sort it out. I have set the first boot device to CD-ROM but when I press
space key WinXP opens up the usual way. I have been trying this on & off
all day & it's doing my head in.

I have a system alert that came with spyware. I removed the spyware but I can't remove the system alert. Its on the add/remove list but when I click remove nothing happens. Please help me!!

I'm trying to install an updated version of CA Firewall, but I'm getting a
message telling me I don't have sufficient privileges to install software.
It suggests logging in as an Administrator, but I already am.  Does anyone

I bought a Microsoft keyboard that came with the Microsoft Wireless
Transceiver for Bluetooth. On one computer it installed immediately as the
drivers came with WIndows. However, on the other computer, the drivers could
not be found. I looked in System Information under Software
