Some curious things are happening on my XP Pro laptop.
No audio in Media Player, but audio is fine with non-Microsoft products,
e.g. Real Player. Not able to use FTP, Can't install latest Flash player,
Mail works fine. Problem is O.S. related. This happened after an upgrade

I'm attempting to clean install in hopes of gaining space and such on my
computer(why else would one do this) and tried to "Install Windows XP" from
the Operating System disk and it told me that I have a new disk and am

I have to reload a damaged Windows XP Pro system.  The CD that originally
loaded it it lacks the Service Packs.  Can I use a later CD with that CoA?  
I.e., can I use a WinXP Pro SP2 CD to reload a system using the CoA from an

My computer has only one user and no password. "Control userpasswords2"
has a check in "user must enter a username and password to use this

I am new to the computer format so when I got the printer it was just
put in cd and that's that.  Well I get to the end of the wizard
installation it askes for some info from Windows XPCD, for  the
UNIDRV.DLL.  How can I bypass this step and install the printer?
