I really don't claim to be a computer guru, but I do know how to fix the usual troubles... but know I'm totally lost: I'm hearing echo in my laptop (it's NOT the voices in my head - the doctor tell me to ignore them ;-) in any sound I play - WMP10

I have somehow lost the left side panel in XP Home Control Panel. This leaves me with clasic view - fine but would like to recover option of changing back to Category View. I think it must require a registry tweak, but where and how.

Whenever I try to access certain web sites (a select few) using MS Internet Explorer 7.0 on my computer, I can't see certain parts of the site. I'm not sure if this is an IE problem or if it has something to do with some settings on my computer.
