the first thing I had troble with was jammed paper. Fixed that. Now printer as printed six copies when I only wanted one. Its crazy! For now I have unpluged it. What do you say is the problem. Besides user error. I am running out of ink..... help me please

I am trying to setup a backup that will make a complete backup of my 6 computers on Sunday and every evening from Monday thru Saturday a backup of the changed files. Would I schedule a full backup on Sunday and make it "replace all data"

I took some pictures at a friends wedding on my cell phone, I then forwarded them to my e-mail. They came in as audio.gif files. When i right click on the x to show picture, nothing comes up. Can anyone help me so that I can view these photos. Im at a loss.

Is it true that it takes a LOT of memory when you have applications in your desktop instead of shortcuts? also they do not backup if you use a backup system? Thanks
