whenever a cd/dvd is placed in the pc, it will read just fine. When i take it
out, the title still shows up in My Computer. if i put another one in, it
will still show the title of the first.. Any fix?

I've been searching for days on this.

For years now I have done the HCCP every day. Maybe 1 mo. ago I couldn't

I have XP Home Edition. My problem has been going on now for about 5 or 6
months. It's not serious, but it is annoying. I can't keep Flash working for
more then 4 days in a row. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it about

There's something strange going on.
We've just set up a brand new XP Pro computer.  When I look at the
properties of all the folders on the root of C: (after having found a couple
were like this) they all have a colored square in the "Read Only" option.  I

I followed the directions with no luck. I tried turning off the auyomatic
re-boot and got a message saying: command failed because winsrv application.
Re-install application.
Will this be on my XP disc, and do you think it will fix the issue??

I need to automate the closing and opening of my databases I host on a
FileMaker Server that I am running on Windows XP.  The script files I've
created using the FileMaker assistant(wizard) don't work.

This is something that happens occasionally, and it is a small annoyance but
I'm curious as to why it happens:
I will have a file minimized and when I click on it down at the taskbar
nothing happens.  I close the file and when I reopen it the window has been
