New system. I insert a CD and the mouse freezes and the keyboard does not respond Tried it from desktop or while an browser was open. same thing. Seems to play DVDs no prob, but Asus mobo CD and another data CDs choke it.

I tried to open a file that contained my resume and when it opens, the document is blank I think I may have cut and copied it to an employment app. Is there any way of recovering it? I don't have a hard copy and don't want to work up another resume!

Whenever I open a new Application from Desktop, it opens as a Small Screen which I have to enlarge. Can anyone please tell me what I need to adjust to have them opening as Full Screen.

I was cleaning up what I thought was old unused files and now I cannot operate my windows xp system, it tells me to use my operating system disk but I am in Florida and my disk is in Michigan any suggestions. Sounds like I am screwed.
