I added an external HDD it was a 120 gig Maxtor with a Zynet enclosure. When
first pulged in windows found new hardware to install. When I clicked to do

I insert a CD and the mouse freezes and the keyboard does not respond
Tried it from desktop or while an browser was open. same thing. Seems
to play DVDs no prob, but Asus mobo CD and another data CDs choke it.

I tried to open a file that contained my resume and when it opens, the
document is blank  I think I may have cut and copied it to an employment app.
Is there any way of recovering it?  I don't have a hard copy and don't want
to work up another resume!

"Windows installer" keeps activating everytime I start a new application .
This means everytime I open Internet explorer or OutlookExpress, the "Windows
Installer" window opens up. It then says preparing to install, then it says
installing. I can not do anything to the open ...

I have a notebook with XP home and Trendmicro Internet Security, bought on
31Jan 2007. On booting up, at desktop stage the following message appears:

I'm running Windows XP Home Edition (SP2 I think - I'm not currently
at my home computer) and I'm having issues with Windows Help - it
won't open.  Basically, when I either click on it or press F1 when I'm
