Hello, I really hope one of you can help...
My desktop PC has suddenly developed a niggling little problem that
means it is all but useless now.  When opening most programs, IE,
Windows Explorer and Opera the screen gets caught in a juddering motion

A few times a blue screen appears on my computer, with a message saying
partial memory error check venor, can any one explain what this means, and is
there anything I can do to fix it.

The steps I take and what happens:
Insert Disc.
Restart.
Press the "Any Key" too boot to the CD.
