I have recently purchased a motorbike computer that requires connecting to
the PC using an RS232 cable into COM port 3 or 4. My laptop hasn't got any
RS232 ports so I bought an RS232 to USB 2.0 cable. Now the software will only
look at COM port 3 or 4.

On boot up I get the message "Error 0162 Configuratin Error. . .Default
Configuration used."  When I look in the Application Even Log I find two
