Every time I right click on any program (to delete, copy or move a file), the program stalls. I get the hour-glass icon and I have to “ctl-alt-del” to exit the program I’m on. I’m using a Toshiba Satellite notebook. Any help would be great!

Users have been changing the system clock, in order to make it appear as if they arrived earlier than they actually did, in our small lab. I see system time changes in the system log. Is there an automated way to alert me, when a user changes the system clock?
