Power went out, now we can't log in to Quickbooks, we are networked, can't
pick anything up.

I have had a PC in storage for a few years.  I broke it out and have been

After cleansing a friends computer with viruses and spyware whenever I try

I installed Avery Wizard and every time I open a new document in Word this
appears at the top of each page "C/documents and
setting/user/appplication/Data/Microsoft/Templates/Normal.dot".  The same
line also appears at the top of every Avery template I create?  How do I fix

I am having this terrible problem with Windows XP Pro SP2 blue screen
on a Dell Optiplex 210KL machine. After a blue screen, and subsequent
reboot  I clicked on the "Send Error Report" to MS. The MS bot showed
on the screen how to manually set the hardware acceleration to none

I recently got back from a week of vacation and of course when I logged on to
the internet Microsoft had a bunch of updates for me to install.  Problem is
that once they installed and I shut down and re-booted my computer urlmon.dll
had disappeared and I can no longer access ...

I had a complete hard drive failure recently.  The computer tech
reinstalled Win XP software on my computer.  When I got it home and
tried it the first time after the reinstall when I get to the shutdown
screen instead of having the options " standby, shutdown, reboot" it

I am investigating on how Windows shutdowns the PC.
