Every time I log onto my notebook I get the following message; 'Please wait
while Windows configures PhotoGallery'.  If I don't cancel the message I end
up with a window that states this is error 1703.  I'm running Windows XP
Professional.  Has anyone had this same error?  More ...

I have a PC about 6yrs old running Windows XP Home which is up to date.
Although the USB ports are 2.0, I have thought they were not up to scratch,
so I purchased and installed a new PCB with 4 new ports. I am happy with
these.

During startup, I do not have the option to select logging on in Safe Mode by
hitting F5 or F8. The only options are F1 for Setup, and ESC for boot center,
which only lists the devices to boot the OS from (but does not allow me to
select the mode).

My computer will restart after automatically installing updates.  Several
times after it restarts the task bar is grey and every program shows up as

pictures for shopping online, now - when i log on to anthropologie.com, just
the front page pops up...It will not download any pictures on site just has a
