I have Windows XP and I am trying to delete a limited user account, the Guest
Account is turned on also.  When I try to delete the limited user account my
computer freezes up and says "Not Responding"  Is there something that I am

I am using Windows XP Recovery Console to confirm that my hard disk or file
system is not damaged.
I am prompted to hit R to repair the installation.

I need help, I have two computers that run at 100% CPU while automatic
update service is running.  If I stop the service the PC will run normally.

How does one know when to give Active X permission to run?  I don't know how
