HOW TO OPEN A PROGRAM

I have attempted to run the Cruel card game in Windows XP.  Cruel is a
16-bit software and it will not run in Windows XP.  Is there a patch

Howdy all.
having a slight internet i.e 7 browser problem.
When I hit the minimize button, it closes the browser off.
can someone give me a possible fix to this.
