I came home today and somehow my brother made my computer loose color. I have
color when it starts but I loose it after I log in to my side. Where do I go
to change it back so I can have color again.

My system has decided to not allow me to download various things.  
So far I have been unable to download the update for my AdAware
definitions and cannot load my email from Yahoo.  I then attempted
a system restore and the system states it cannot do that either.

I made a backup of a system prior to converting the disk from FAT32, to NTFS
