I load windowsXP on a partition of a disk that had no OS. However I an
unable to open file on the ither partitions. Error received Access denied. I
tried takin ownership as admin files and changing security attributes for
folder but files still locked.

When I try to delete a document in XP it shows back up in documents
as a copy, then I delete that copy and it shows back up as copy 2.
I have run ad-aware, scanned with Norton Antivirus and found no
problems and I am about to throw a brick at the box!!

Lately when I explore my hard drive, I get an error 251.  I also got this
after I added videos into media center.  when I get the error I have to click
OK and it ends the explorer.exe process.  In media center it just closes

I use Windows Xp Home. Recently I have experienced sudden reboots on my
laptop - Dell Inspiron 8600, for no reason apparantly. After one such
incidence I looked into Event Viewer and found this.
