I cannot get any images other than bmp to open as desktop wallpaper. For
some reason the jpg's will not convert.
I have tried running the following commands but it has been of no help

when my computer was turn on. a massege window appears that says (This
application must be installed to run. Plase run set up from the location
where you originally installed the aplication)  But not explain me How.?  Now
I can't open words, exel, Power point etc.

As the subject states, the "Shutdown" button is dimmed when I select
options from the fresh restart Windows XP logon screen.  I have checked
the User Accounts logon options, set and reset them, and the button
remains dimmed.
