Strange startup task21 May 2007 13:43 GMT4
I've been helping a neighbour with a soundcard problem. Looking through
the startup tasks I found one in HKLM/Run which was called "Windows
Update" and it was executing \WINDOWS\System32\fwhjkkyb.dll
As each user logged on, they were getting "access denied" on this file.

numbers follow on from the previous section.
Unable to convert21 May 2007 12:34 GMT2
I stupidly did not convert when my trial period was up on my new machine as I
did not think I knew the product code. However I have now found it in an
obscure place on my machine but when I try to convert I get told it is not a
valid code. Is there any way round this?
