Restoration Incomplete messages keep occurring. Turned SR off, then on and it didn't work. Is there something I can do from the command line or in the system to repair it. I'm running XP Home Service pack 2.

On XP SP2, update failed last night. I just kept going and going for the longest time, finally ending with an error message. Now Internet Explorer won't respond at all! This happened on two PCs. Both failed update, neither can reach the Internet now. Help!

Heres one for you, The lap top audio is fine thru internal speakers, but will not accept any external headphones. Plug them in and the intrnal speakers do not even cut out. All used to work fine!!
