I was trying to delete Adobe Reader 8, since it was trying to open anything I
was trying to open...calculator, add/remove pregrams icon. And I think a
deleted more than I should.
Now I can't open any applications...add/remove program says

When I delete an image from My Document folder i.e. The Bus, I notice that a
copy of that image appears i.e. The Bus (copy 1). If I delete The Bus (copy
1) I notice a file titled The Bus (copy 2)...it's maddening.  Why is this
happening?

My computer has been randomly restarting on a weekly basis and I have not

Yesterday I tried to create a new windows account and accidentally
made the new one the administrator. Now I can not access the previous
administrator account nor any of the files I had saved on the account!
Does anybody know how I can get the old administrator account back

When i defragment my hard drive, there is a lot of white space in between
the blue contiguous files.  Sometimes 24% of the drive defrags and it stops.
The hard drive is 20GB.  Is this OK?

When I insert a cd/dvd and close the drawer my mouse freezes and I have to
reboot to open the disc

rebooting after running spybot and avg anti virus scans have failed i have no

Computer shuts itself off every few minutes, whether I´m working or idle.
Shuts off in Safe mode as well.
