The system reboots intermittently. After reboot an error message is displayed
( A divice driver error has occurred that the system could not recover from.)
The latest updates have been installed and a Norton virus scan comes up
empty. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Everytime i try to download these updates a window tells me that they were

I had a problem with a PC that wouldn't start up.

We just recently purchased some new PCs with XP Pro SP2 installed on them.  
There are a few of the preinstalled windows updates that cause issues with
some of our enterprise applications.  I am not able to remove these updates
using Add/Remove programs.
