I am working on a enterprise migration and deployment.  
One design goal that I would like to accomplish is customizing the Help and
Support Center on the XP workstations that I will be deploying.  I read about
a Production Tool from MS.  However I cannot locate it.

When ever i take a print screen on my pc for some strange reason my wallpaper
always comes up beside it. Its incredibly annoying and each time i have to
send the print screen first to paint and then re-paste it into Word for use.

I purchased and installed Windows XP Home onto my MacBook Pro in a separate
patition so that I could boot this HD as a Window OS with Bootcamp. It works
