Don't know if this is the right place to submit this post, but I hope it is
because I am having problems with a repair install of XP home and need some
help.
When I did my repair instal, midway through the process it came up with a

Recently updated my graphics driver (ATI Radeon) now every time I log on, a
windows explorer box opens on the screen, pointing to the support folder of

my cd drive still reads stuff-- music cds, data, whatever-- but when i put a
blank disc in, if i click on d:, it says D: is inaccessible. illegal
function. this message appears when a blank cd is in the drive; when nothing
is in the drive, it says to insert a disc.

I bought a used laptop off ebay.  In the BIOS, it has a name listed as owner
and it says"these isettings cannot be changed".  I would like to know how
without getting a new processor.

   Ever since I was unsuccessful in installing an upgrade to IE 7,
everytime  I access the web via dial up I get a box headed "Select Skin

I do not have any sound on my computer running XP.  The CD's that are on it

Recently I formatted my Hard drive and reinstalled windows off my resource
CD. Everything seemed to have went well. But here is my problem.
I have two hard drives, one for my operating systems and one for my storage
of Pics and music.
