i got a problem with my laptop, as shuch its working properly with out
internet, and when ever i conect with internet it just slowdown to much as it
always showing harddisk light(as it reading from harddisk).its strted a week
ago, when i downloaded Firfox browser cuz of a website ...

and says done. never had this trouble before. aol says my internet explorer

I'm installing IIS on an XP Pro SP II system.
I cannot connect to the "localhost" account or any virtual directories with
ASP.  Virtual directories with HTML work fine.  I'm getting a general error

I have been having some issues with Windows XP lately (SP2 with all
updates installed).  At shutdown, when it gets to the "Windows is
shutting down" screen, it often just sits there without completely
turning off.  I can tolerate that, and would just power down manually.

use Eudora.  I know I can use webmail - but would rather not.  Can

I have entered the Lotus Wordpro program using windows XP.  The program will
not save any new files to my "D" drive.  If I copy a WordPro file to the "d"
drive then open it with the program I can change things and save.  With new
files I keep getting "Can Not Write to "D" drive". ...

Using XP Pro w/SP2, automatic Windows Updates turned ON. My welcome screen
frequently reports unread email messages when there are NONE. Is there a way

"Write these files to CD" doesn't work in windows explorer26 Jun 2007 07:47 GMT1
I can write files to my CD using the My Computer interface by right clicking
on my CD device (the CD Writing Wizard appears as expected).
But if I open the CD via explorer, clicking the "Write these files to CD"
task under "CD Writing Tasks" in the left pane does NOT invoke the CD ...

I have XP Pro installed and I recently installed updates.
Since then whenever I right click on the desktop I receive the message
"Windows Explorer has caused a fault and will close" or words to that effect.
The computer then freezes.
