It comes up and freezes I think when I am trying to install software and

I would like to configure Explorer so that it always opens in a certain
directory.  The "New" code below will do this but also opens that directory
if I click on a directory in the left pane. This is a nuisance. I don't like

I have a recurring Security Alert popping up every few seconds on my laptop.
It says 204250.exe is attempting to connect to a DNS server.
Once I tell the laptop to always block connections from this program on all
ports, the exe file goes to the temp file.  This popup comes up ...

I was using my computer today and it was acting just fine, when the
computor screen suddenly turned off and now i can't open the monitor

How much space should be allotted to system restore? PC Pitstop keeps
telling me that I have too much space allotted to System Restore. I
reduced it from 12% all the way down to 3% (3739 MB) and they are still
telling me that is too much.  I don't want to reduce it too far and ...
