Ever since I updated to IE7 when I use Windows Explorer and go to close it,
it takes forever to close and opens up IE7.  Is there a way to solve this?

I don't recall the exat error message but here is my problem.
I had installed conpugaurd conerstone on my computer and it crashed one day.
I had to do a repair install of WinXp Pro.  That worked fine.  
But afterwards i noticed that all policies that I had setup were gone...
