I haven't used the CD rom in a long time. I unplugged all wires from the CPU
and then vacuum the dust from the vents. Reconnected all cables and now the
CDRom will not work at all, no music, no pictures from the disc, and no games
from cd rom. Please help...

Hi - I am trying to reinstall Windows XP and am experiencing errors...
When I boot from the installation disk, I get to a point where Windows can't
see my hard drive - it reports that no mass storage media is present.

I started downloading a game, and then a little way through decided that I
actually DIDN'T want it downloaded onto my computer, so I cancelled the
download. Now there's an icon for the setup thing on my desktop and every
