I am trying to get a virus off of my boss' computer, but he has the taskbar
hidden and I can't get it to come up to savfe my life(or job).  I have tried
to lift it with the dbl pointed cursor, I have tried to open it with a

I am facing a wierd problem.
I am able to connect my Yahoo messenger but unable to browse the
Internet through the browser (Tried IE, Firefox, Opera)

Does anyone know what the LexBce Server is, and, more importantly, what to do
if it refuses to start?  I get an error message that says "The service did

I have no logon or logoff sounds, even though all other sounds are
functional and the Control Panel/Sounds says I do have logon and logoff
sounds and they play there.

As you know, there is "recording" tab under properties of your DVD-RW
drive. I have 2 DVD-RW drives and i select "Enable CD recording on

When I go to start >programs>............I have three columns.  The third
column is barely on the page.  I cannot figure out anyway to bring the page

I tried submitting a zipped Excel 2007 file to an e-Blackboard as an
attachment & got the error message: "Error uploading file - 16,

I have a Toshiba Satellite A100 laptop running XP Pro.
I'm now finding that the system hangs in various situations, such as:
-- when logging off (with 'saving your settings' displayed)
