I have a tollbar or two that are to mapped drives. Why do they
disappear after every login? The name is still there but the >> to
show the files is gone. Anyone else running into this problem?

hi all......... have windows xp pro.......sp2 service pack installed
updates are needed... however installed sp3........will the sp2

Recently I was reinstalling my XP SP2 overtop of the existing installation
(same CD)
I received an error message that the "msxm12.dll" could not be copied from
the CD.

Have Adobe 8 Prof.  Can convert *.doc to *.pdf within Adobe, but from
explorer always causes BSOD.
Any help?

This is the error that I get when I try to run some programs on my computer:
Application popup: winlogon.exe - Application Error : The instruction at
"0x77ed6f9c" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be
"written".

1) Normally when I display folder thumbnails they will show me up to 4
miniviews of containing pictures
2) Normally when I place a 'folder.jpg' into the folder it will show me this
picture in large on the folder thumbnail

After closing internet explorer i get the following message:
The instruction at "0x7473c7d6" referenced at 0x00000472". The memory could
not be "read".
Opening internet explorer takes a while, as does other pages after clicking

when i try to read my email or open windows on the internet to read info the
window itself will maximise but the info stays in a small box on the screen.
Can anyone help me to see the whole page

I receive this error message whenever I close Windows.  Is there any way I

I've ran iTunes on my computer in the past, no problem. Until now...
I have been getting this error message when trying to start up my iTunes now
that says, "iTunes cannot run because it has detected a problem with your
audio configuration."

When doing a repair/install using the Windows XP CDROM is it necessary to
match the service pack version?  Presumably it would not be a good idea to
use an older version of the OS, but would it be OK to use a newer version.
IOW, if the installed OS is XP SP1 would it be safe to ...

I have an 'acer' laptop which has been fine until I wanted to view a video
online and to view this video i HAD  to download a "Video Activex Object".
Ever since I have had random porno pop ups and anti-virus software popups,
also my laptop has been running a lot slower. Before ...

when I make a photo email attachment, the attachment appears as it should,
however if I hit next the next button the viewer starts showing all my
pictures, some private I might add.  What is causing this and how do I
remendy?
