Norton keeps giving me the following message:
Missing File: "C:\Program Files\MSN messenger\MSNMSGR.EXE"
Cannot access a necessary file "msvcr80.dll"
Can anyone explain what this message means and what I need to do about it?  

Every time the computer starts up I have a "No Disk" Error the message that
