My Bit Defender caught an infection in Docs and Settings/my
name/Application Data/install.xat.  I'd like to get it off my system -
but Bit Defender says it can't move it, delete it or quarantine it.
I've tried Unlocker - but that didn't work either.  Any suggestions?

Belarc Advisor has highlighted that two 'KB' updates failed when they were

I have two windows xp's on my computer. One is in the c drive and one is in

I am trying to install vmware player 2.0 on my Windows XP pro (SP2)
machine. When double clicking the exe nothing appears to happen (no
error messages, nothing). On several occasions I saw the VMware
installer splash and the Windows installer progress bar window

I recently switched from dial up to high speed.  When I did I changed e-mail
program from earthlink mailbox to outlook express.  I can send and recieve
ok, but address book doesn't work.  when you click on address book computor

I am trying to change the color of the text under desktop icons from white
to black. When I click on advanced settings under desktop
