My computer stops on the Windows xp screen (the blue bar stops).  I can
restart in Safe mode with Networking.  I get the following message from the
Event Viewer:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
Windows Explorer has encountered an error and needs to close27 Jun 2007 16:40 GMT1
This is the message error:

been trying to install a network printer on XP Pro, I click install and
xp searches but don't find the printer, I tried to install it manually
which it will do, but then will not talk to the printer, I tried
pinging the printer, but that droped all pings, I have 2 machines

I made a setting change on my machine, and now I can't log in. Is there any
way to perform a System Restore to the day before I made the changes without
logging in? I didn't see any option for it on my XP PRO disk...

I keep getting the "Internet Explorer has encountered an error" when i browse
the internet.  It works for a couple of minutes then the message appears.  I
ran a Network diagnostic and got this message:
DefaultIPGateway = 76.199.197.128(Same Subnet) (FAILED)

Have the following problem, and hope you can help. My Notebook PC has 3 X USB
ports. When I first connected my Cell phone (a Moto V3i) to one of the ports,
it was instantly recognized, and installed / configured the hardware
accordingly.

When I open IE 6.0 since yesterday and type a few words into the address bar,
it freezes for several minutes. Then it works again and I can finish typing
the url. Everything freezes. It won't go anywhere. I can open IE through
links in emails but using the address bar directly, ...

I can download the XP files to the setup folder but when my computer restarts
to install them I get the XP screen with the blue line light for a short
while then the computer restarts. I tried this many times with the same
results. I have a new upgrade XP CD so do not understand ...

Everytime I turn off my comp. I get window that pops up along saying
"The instruction 0x7c809783 referenced memory at 0x00d69648 the memory
could not be "written"
click on ok to terminate the program.

My sister has a new pc and its running using McAfee antivirus software but
every time you turn on the pc a "Norton Goast" screen appears.how can i
delete this so it doesnt keep opening,as I am not using there virus software

Hi I am trying to install SP2 onto my Uncle's computer.  When the
computer finishes and restarts we will make it all the way up to setup
is finishing and then the computer restarts, over and over again.  I
don't know what it is about SP2 but we can't install anything else

I am running a PC with Windows XP Home, and at what appears to be random
intervals (sometimes several times per day sometimes not at all) the screen
