Recently I try to access internet explorer when I turn on my pc.  I get an
error message that reads internet explorer has experienced a problem and must
shut down.  Is there anything I can do to resolve the problem.  Went to Best
Buy and the Geek Squad suggest I redownload ...

Is there any way that someone will fix the bug with media file sound settings
while playing the media in WMP?? It has been around quite some time now

explorer shows that they are in use by winlogon.exe in the system 32 folder
