Convert boot+system disk from Dynamic disk to Basic disk15 Jul 2007 16:39 GMT3
Hoping someone can help.
My boot disk (drive C:) is too small, plus it is a dynamic disk.
I know you normally cannot convert a dynamic disk to a basic disk as per the
Microsoft literature.

I just got a new drive because my old drive was failing.  I cloned the old
drive and now I'm having entry point issues.  the typical message is:
(application name) entry point not found.  The procedure entry point can not
be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll.

I just noticed this error in event viewer, and not sure how to fix

I have dual screen application. I want remote access to the screens from 2
different PCs. One PC will access the upper screen of my application and one
for the lower screen only. Can I do that with RDP? Does RDP support access
from 2 PCs?

Recently update KB928366 keeps popping up as requiring an update. I go to
custom and then tell it to install, it initializes and then says its done,
then after around 10 seconds the completion bar fills in one go and
installation complete appears.

I have three computers on a network -- one of the three has lost the
ability to connect to web pages via the http protocol. Ping, email,
chat, ftp, localhost and https just fine, but I get no connection for
http.  (I've tried Firefox and IE7, neither work.)

When I install updates and choose not to restart now a popup keeps coming up every 10
minutes. Is there a way to stop it permanently without disabling Automatic Updates?

  My system clock has startred gaining time. Sometimes a few minutes, once
almost an hour.
  I did find this Microsoft article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821893
  My system does have the file  halmacpi.dll. I found it by doing a search.

     now after having all Symantec software supposedly removed I get a
     warning screen on opening any piece of 16 bit software which

my dvd dvive icon does not appear in "my computer" or device manager,
and the drive doesn't open, (or only occasionally when i switch off
the computer and then start up again.) It happened very suddenly and I

I have a legal unused XP Pro product key marked IBM.
I have a downloaded version of Windows XP Pro, when I install Windows onto
Laptop and reach the screen to enter the key, Windows states Key is Invalid,
the key is not invalid its legal and unused. How do I get Windows to accept
