I cannot burn any Cd's.  It either has error oxcood11ab/ clean disc, try

The Desktop Short Cut Icons look normal when logging on to my account in
Windows XP.
When my girlfriend logs in under her account the Desktop Icon Name is
surrounded by bold block (or rectangle)?

I'm using XP Home SP2 on a P4-2.4GHz system with 1.5GB RAM.
For a while I noticed the following annoying behavior:

Need some help in figuring out why I no longer have the standby option
available - it's not grayed out, it's simply not there.  I always used to use
this option, but I just rebuilt my computer and the option is no longer

I have a strange issue.  My default font for my programs is in italics.  Does
anyone know if XP stores a default font?  I have gone throgh desktop
