I have been having a problem when I go to START-PROGRAMS I cannot right click to sort by name or even right click on an app to create shortcuts. Does anyone have an easy fix for this other than re-imaging the system to factory?

I have just tried to copy my C drive onto a new 400g external hard drive using norton ghost.Not only did it not copy,i can now not find my G drive icon(the external drive) in my computer,it used to be there,can anyone give me any idea where i can find this!.

Starting up a PC as normal a window appears upon booting Windows XP. It stats that the verson of XP was activated by another user and it then asks the software be reactived. Nothing has been added or removed Hardware or OS wise since the PC was brought 2002.
