Has anyone reading this used Laplink's PC Mover software to transfer
files, applications, settings, etc. from one XP computer to
another?    If so, how well did the software work?     Aaron

My system boots up as far as the desktop graphic but does not load short
cuts, start button or task bar so I have to start applications from the

     can anyone tell me how to delete entries in the Desktop wallpaper list
as seen in the "Display Properties window " under " Desktop " option .I want

After a recent SP2 upgrade, I can now no longer access the internet. was
working fine before the SP2 upgrade.  I get that Local Area Connection has
limited or no connectivity.  Anybody had issues after SP2 upgrades?  Anyone

every time i run Spypot S&D, it always pulls up all these windows security
center items as potential "problems" to be fixed.  i never choose to "fix"
these particular items because i figure they are important!

I have just purchased a new xp computer with a 320 gig hard drive.
The old xp computer has  a 100 gig hard drive AND a 40 gig hard drive,

I just tried to install XP w/ Media Center and got all kinds of errors, so I
went back and ran an install of XP w/ SP2. I keep getting:
