how come windows XP2 is not recognizing photosmart 318........I have usb 2.0 and serial checked them all working... was able to just plug and unload pics......b4 now all I see is it is safe to remove hardware......... am I missing some sort of file/app/

My XP Desktop fails to recognise this phone (H/W install Wizard etc.) despite installing the supplied software as suggested etc.. Both phone and software work fine on my XP Laptop PC.. Any sensible suggestions welcome.
