What does this mean?? I got the "Blue Screen" last week and had some major issues for a bit. I have tried looking in the event log to figure out what and why, but don't understand most of it.

Hi. When I tried to download IE7 it stopped on a screen where a green bar was moving but nothing was happening. I let it go for about 20 minutes. I'm using a cable internet and it never takes long to download anything. Anyone had this problem. Also I'm getting an error

I've been having trouble with IE 7. Some links, when clicked on, will open a new window and the original one automatically closes, and you can't go "back" from the new window. How can I stop this from happening?

Lately I ve been getting blue screen errors , my latest is stop ox0000007e (0xc0000005,0x805c607b,0xf78e693c,0xf78e6638). Now I know the second parameter is the address of where problem is but how do I find it. What is this error and what is the fix.

Son has just increased his memory from 2Gb to 4Gb in his PC but when he looks at the System Properties it's saying he has 2.93Gb of memory? Looking through the Knowledge Base, it states that both XP Pro and Home support up to 4Gb RAM so what's he doing wrong?

I hit an unknown key and suddenly a 2" x 4" square is magnified centered on the cursor (NOT the 'magnifier' across the top of the screen.) Which key enables and which key disables this option? Rebooting seem the only way to disable this magnifier.
