I am a novice about computers. I need help. I am attempting to burn a "batch of E-mails with attached pictures to a CD, but the batch of E-mails exceeds the capacity of the CD. But Windows XP Home Edition does not recognize my DVD Burner.

When in My Computer panel, I try double clicking on the C:\ drive, I encounter with a Windows Script Host stating the following "Can not find script file "C:\autorun.vbs". Appreciate anyone who can help me in this matter.

Web pages will not load in ie6 anymore after a failed ie7 upgrade. Why? My connection is fine (can ping Yahoo.com just fine), but when I try to go to yahoo.com in ie6, is just says done, but no page is loaded.

I have an external ntfs drive with 80 gig of storage. I am trying to backup a WIN xp hard drive with 30 gig on info on it. If I choose to back up documents it works fine. But when I try to back up the entire hard drive in the Wizard I get this error message.
