I received this error message during a startup and tried to recover using a
recovery CD that came with my Dell Dimension XPS PC(I'm using XP Home
Edition). After folloing the directions and the computer restarting and

configuration that worked and that did get me into the desktop but it didn't
finish loading the startup or task bar at the bottom of the screen. I don't

I seem to have a corrupted Crystal Report feature and trying to fix it always
comes back with "installation incomplete."  
This is critical because it makes the computer unable to install a required

There is a wav sound that is DEFINITELY in my computer, yet when I go to set
it as a custom sound for my alarm in Outlook, I get a message that the file
does not exist.

I have installed windows mail desktop and it will not syncronize any hotmail
